A Property Maintenance Technician at SERVPRO makes sure that our property and vehicles are in pristine condition. All tools, cleaning supplies and items needed to complete the requirements of this position will be provided!

Responsibilities
- Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
- Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
- Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage
- Wash and maintain company vehicles
- Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
- Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
- Fix Equipment
- Maintain a clean shop
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Honest and accountable
- Detail oriented is a must
- Strong communication skills is a plus
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Occasionally - Lifting objects/property
- Constant- Walking, standing and working with your hands
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
