Summary

As a Job File Coordinator you will assist with scheduling assessment of the work that would need to be completed.  You will also work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Responsibilities 
  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects 
  • Review and maintain scheduling so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business, and other routine communications
  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with customers, Managers, Crew Chiefs and Technicians.
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Requirements 
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable working with various computer programs
  • Strong work ethic
  • Honest and accountable
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask while recording accurate details
  • Knowledge of our geographical area preferred
  • Valid driver's license
Physical and Work Environment Requirements 
  • Occasionally – Lifting files, opening file cabinets, bending and standing
  • Constant – Sitting and typing
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday–Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position may require longer hours and flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs. 
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
