As a Cleaning Technician you will be performing fire and smoke damage, water damage, and mold content cleanup. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, you represent the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities:

Restoration of clients belongings and structures damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold.
Provide exceptional customer service, content cleaning, packing of customer contents, site cleanup and completion of detailed job records.
May assist the restoration team during pack outs to properly inventory contents.
Thorough understanding of water, smoke, and mold removal procedures, training will be provided.
Develop knowledge on equipment and procedures of content cleaning.
Light Office cleaning as needed

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

Strong work ethic.
Honest and accountable
Detailed oriented is a must
Strong oral communication skills.
Experience in cleaning is always a plus.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Occasionally lifting objects. You will be consistently walking and standing.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:

This is a part-time to full-time position with flexible hours in house. Travel may be required for content inventory in the field as needed.
